Flex & Flow: Strength Meets Yoga is an 6-week workshop that bridges the gap between flexibility and functional strength. Yoga teaches flow, strength training teaches power. Together they create balance. Designed specifically for yogis, this program uses resistance training to build the muscle, stability, and endurance you need to support deeper poses, prevent injuries, and unlock your full potential on the mat.

Pure Tulum Retreat

Each session combines:

  • Yoga-inspired warm-ups to prepare your body.
  • Weight training exercises targeting key muscles used in yoga (core, glutes, legs, shoulders, etc.).
  • Flow integration to connect strength training with your yoga practice.

This workshop will empower you to:

  • Develop stronger foundations for challenging postures.
  • Improve alignment and posture through stronger muscles.
  • Transition smoothly between yoga flows with newfound stability.
  • Feel confident holding poses like Warrior lll, Crow, Chair, side planks (to name a few) longer and safer.
