Yoga Lessons for All

Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Vinyasa Yoga Flow This class you will move seamlessly from one pose directly to the next inhaling and exhaling to create a steady rhythm in your practice. Vinyasa allows for a lot of variety but will always include sun salutations. The goal of this class is to achieve a state of calmness in the mind and to get energy moving throughout the body.

Hatha Yoga Flow

Is a class that you move your body slowly thru unique sequencing to promote a relaxing experience thru postures. Challenging your strength and flexibility and working with your breath. You will leave this class feeling relaxed.

Power Yoga

Is a fast paced rigorous class building stamina , strength and working on your cardio. You will release toxins through your sweat in this class and you will burn more calories than your average yoga class.

Restorative Yoga

This is a gentle class with the aid of props- blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. This practice is great for anyone looking to slow down, to relieve stress, to calm the excessive mind chatter, or even those recovering from injuries. Restorative is beneficial for insomnia and promoting deep sleep. Fully supported by props, we allow our mind to let go of tension, which releases negative thought patterns and stiffness in the body. Come nourish yourself with this deep restorative practice.


Its a fitness class that combines ballet movements and cardio.
This class has major benefits because it helps you burn fat, build muscle, improve your posture, and flexibility all while having fun in this class.


In this class you will be focusing mostly on toning your glutes, hips, lower back, and your abdominals thru targeted movements and cardio. Its a great class to burn calories.


This is a full body workout class improving your strength, flexibility and your coordination. You will leave this class feeling really strong.

Dance Fit

In this class you will get an amazing cardio dance workout .Learning how to dance, improve your coordination and have lots of fun doing it. Let loose and feel the music and dance yourself into shape.

Mat Pilates

This is a mind body class that is done on the mat no reformer is used but you can get all the benefits on the mat to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Building your core strength, muscles and coordination while using the pilates ring, light weights, balls and bands for more resistant.


Vinyasa is different from many yoga classes in the West in that the order of asanas is completely predefined. A practice will comprise four main parts: an “opening sequence,” one of the six main “series”, a back-bending sequence, and a set of inverted asanas, referred to as the “finishing sequence.”

Breath Work and Meditation

Guided meditations literally walks you through a meditation to help you find a calm and peaceful state one step at a time using your breath to help relax your nervous system.

Karma Class

Karma class is by donation and is separate from memberships. The money donated will go to a family sponsored by Cabo yoga and fitness community!
