Yoga Lessons for All

Hatha-Vinyasa Flow

This dynamic class joins physical movement, or asanas, with inhales and exhales to create a steady rhythm in the practice. After a vinyasa flow warm up, students will hold peak poses for longer periods of time, really exploring stretches to their level of ability. Suitable for all levels, the goal of this class will be to achieve a state of calmness in the mind and to get energy moving freely throughout the body.


Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.


Vinyasa is different from many yoga classes in the West in that the order of asanas is completely predefined. A practice will comprise four main parts: an “opening sequence,” one of the six main “series”, a back-bending sequence, and a set of inverted asanas, referred to as the “finishing sequence.”

Dance Fit

Is an amazing cardio dance workout! You will learn how to dance, improve your coordination, tone your core, arms, and legs, and ultimately achieve beautiful body lines…just like a dancer. You move to the rhythm and beat of sexy Latin dance rhythms and amazing Latin music and International music. Let loose, feel the music and dance yourself into shape…it is a fun and an amazing dance party!

Karma Class

Karma class is by donation and is separate from memberships. The money donated will go to a family sponsored by Cabo yoga and fitness community!


Is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

Yoga For Surfers

This class will focus on opening up tight shoulders, hamstrings, lower back, and stretching the tendons and ligaments in the knee joint which is an essential part of agility in surfing. The class is aimed at all levels of surfers, with a general purpose of increasing flexibility and preventing injury prior to getting in the water by developing mind-muscle connection and stretching those hard to get to spots.

Mat Pilates

Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations and by using props and light weights. Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.

Body Tone

Body Tone is a full body conditioning and strengthening workout, improving functional strength, flexibility and co-ordination. It is also excellent for improving vital core strength.

Rest & Restore Yoga

This is a gentle class with the aid of props- blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. This practice is great for anyone looking to slow down, to relieve stress, to calm the excessive mind chatter, or even those recovering from injuries. Restorative is beneficial for insomnia and promoting deep sleep. Fully supported by props, we allow our mind to let go of tension, which releases negative thought patterns and stiffness in the body. Come nourish yourself with this deep restorative practice.

Hatha Yoga Flow

A Hatha Flow class is taught with unique sequencing to promote a dynamic + relaxing experience. This class incorporates all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class – breath, meditation and postures – while challenging your co-ordination through movement.


Guided meditations literally walk you through a meditation and help you find a calm and peaceful state—one step at a time!
