These practices have transformed my mind, body, and soul, and I\u2019m dedicated to sharing that transformation with others.<br \/>Along my journey, I\u2019ve become a Certified Health Coach, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and a Reiki Master Level One practitioner. My background also includes working as a preschool teacher, which deepened my understanding of patience, connection, and nurturing growth at every stage of life. Since I was little, dance has been a part of my life\u2014flamenco became my passion, and over time I worked my way up to a professional level. My interest in barre began almost by chance, as I was looking for an exercise that was gentle on my body but could also help improve my performance in dance\u2026 That\u2019s when I discovered that barre was not only an excellent way to train, but also a perfect bridge to connect BODY, MIND, and SOUL through every movement.<\/p>\n<p>I am a certified instructor by barre intensity and, with over 5 years of experience, I have blended my knowledge in Pilates, Functional Training, and Dance to create dynamic and functional classes. Each session is based on the principles of breathing, strength, endurance, and musicality\u2014always with the intention of helping you improve not only your body, but your overall well-being.<\/p>\n<p>My approach is simple: I invite you to move, to challenge yourself, and to discover how exercise can take you further than just improving your physique. I believe movement has the power to transform our minds, to make us more aware of what we experience, and how we feel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/alma-hernandez-cabo-yoga-fitness.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>Alma Hernandez<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p align=\"justify\">Been practicing Yoga for over 15 years, my first approach was towards Meditation, then my interest in Asana came.<br \/>Took a Meditation course in Raja Yoga at the Raja Yoga Meditation Center in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia.<br \/>Did a Buddhist Mahayana Meditaci\u00f3n course at Kopan Monastery in Nepal , Kathmandu and did my Ashtanga Yoga Teachers Training @ Centered Yoga now called Samahita Reatreat in Koh Samui , Thailand , Paul Dallaghan was my Teacher.<br \/>I have spend many years and continue my Yoga Education attending workshops with several world class Teachers such as Petri Raisanen, Laruga Glasser, Aline Fernandez, Wayne Kressner etc.<br \/>My practice is Ashtanga inspired but I also Parctice Restorative Yoga.<br \/>In my practice I also include Breathwork.<br \/>I am very Grateful for the Yoga Practice as is continuously transforming and improving my Life , my Soul and my Body from the inside out<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/SophiaHEADSHOT.avif\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>Sophia<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p align=\"justify\">Hey! I\u2019m Sophia, a Canadian girl who moved to Cabo a few years ago. Growing up on the mountains of Whistler, movement has always been a big part of my life. I found barre not long ago during a time when my body felt overwhelmed from weight training and stress. I explored different low-intensity workouts to help inflammation, but I felt something was missing, until I took my first barre class. The combination of movement to music, Pilates, and strength training (all while staying low impact) made me fall back in love with movement. I stayed a student for a while, following Liza to different studios around Cabo but always had a vision of becoming a certified barre instructor and sharing this feeling with others. At the start of this year, I set a goal to begin teaching\u2026and here I am! Her adventure with bodybuilding and fitness started over 20 years ago. Once she committed her life to the fitness lifestyle, she could not believe the changes she noticed, not only in her body but mostly in the mind and spirit! She became stronger both physically and mentally. This soon became her passion. Nothing makes her happier than helping others lead a healthy lifestyle, become stronger and reach their fitness goals.<br \/>\nMagda&#8217;s passion and enthusiasm for fitness lifestyle led her to win many titles in fitness. I have been teaching yoga since I did my first training in 2011. I draw from my Forrest Yoga background and experience in vinyasa yoga, dance, yoga bodywork, and anatomy to bring a depth and breadth of knowledge to my teaching. I believe in doing and teaching what works and respecting the inner authority of students to decide what works for them. My specialties are helping students move in a way that helps them get out of pain and making my classes always exciting, fun, and inclusive. Come join me for a class! I am Emilia Moran, a 23 year old mexican and Cabo local. The first time I got introduced to yoga was when I was 9 years old and I enjoyed it so much that I started taking classes. Eventually I rediscovered it on July 2023 when I started my 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training without thinking too much of it, and it ended up becoming my passion, hobby and now job as well.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Yoga has completely changed my life and I have found not only complete bliss and peacefulness when I am in my flow and when I am consistent with my practice (both on and off the mat), but also when I am teaching. I feel genuine happiness by being able to transmit the same emotions that I feel through yoga to my students. My classes are mostly power flows and I focus on teaching how to deep breath throughout the whole class, since I have noticed that you are able to experience more power, strength and ease in a pose by focusing on your breath. I also love playing music in my classes and syncing the asanas to the songs. I speak English and Spanish fluently and I have experience teaching in both languages.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Even though I have not been a yoga teacher for that long, luckily I have had a lot of opportunities to teach which has made me feel very confident as an instructor.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">I believe yoga is a form of medicine for the soul and the body, and by being consistent with it you can achieve true happiness and freedom.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ALEX.webp\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>Alex<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p align=\"justify\">A 500-hour registered yoga teacher, Alex brings a science-backed, biomechanical approach to every class, grounded in years of study and experience. He is a certified mindfulness instructor recognized by the IMTA, trained in evidence-based protocols that promote mental clarity and emotional resilience. In addition, Alex is certified as an advanced instructor in both mat and reformer Pilates, blending mindful movement with anatomical precision. Currently pursuing a degree in psychology, he integrates psychological understanding into his sessions, creating a grounded and transformative experience. Throughout my life, yoga has been a powerful tool for personal growth and a space of support through different stages and processes.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">In my classes, I aim to guide students to discover their own potential, using movement and breath to enter a state of flow that gradually leads to mental calm and clarity. Her path has been shaped through direct experience, exploring the body as a way to develop attention, presence, and a more conscious relationship with oneself.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">She holds certifications in Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, and completed a six-month immersion in Ashtanga Yoga with Angie Flores Saiffe, a Level 2 Authorized teacher and founder of Punto Yoga in Guadalajara, M\u00e9xico. Through this process, she integrated the Primary Series as the foundation of her current practice.
