Desde peque\u00f1a, la danza ha sido parte de mi vida \u2014el flamenco se convirti\u00f3 en mi pasi\u00f3n, y con el tiempo fui avanzando hasta llegar a un nivel profesional.\n\nMi inter\u00e9s por el barre comenz\u00f3 casi por casualidad, mientras buscaba un ejercicio que fuera amable con mi cuerpo pero que tambi\u00e9n me ayudara a mejorar mi rendimiento en la danza\u2026 Fue entonces cuando descubr\u00ed que el barre no solo era una excelente forma de entrenar, sino tambi\u00e9n un puente perfecto para conectar CUERPO, MENTE y ALMA a trav\u00e9s de cada movimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Soy instructora certificada por Barre Intensity y, con m\u00e1s de 5 a\u00f1os de experiencia, he combinado mis conocimientos en Pilates, Entrenamiento Funcional y Danza para crear clases din\u00e1micas y funcionales. Mi primer acercamiento fue hacia la meditaci\u00f3n, luego surgi\u00f3 mi inter\u00e9s por las Asanas.<br \/>Tom\u00e9 un curso de meditaci\u00f3n en Raja Yoga en el Centro de Meditaci\u00f3n Raja Yoga en Kuala Lumpur, Malasia.<br \/>Realic\u00e9 un curso de meditaci\u00f3n budista Mahayana en el Monasterio de Kopan en Nepal, en Katmand\u00fa, y complet\u00e9 mi formaci\u00f3n como profesor de Ashtanga Yoga en Centered Yoga, ahora llamado Samahita Retreat, en Koh Samui, Tailandia. Mi profesor fue Paul Dallaghan.<br \/>He pasado muchos a\u00f1os y sigo educ\u00e1ndome en yoga asistiendo a talleres con varios maestros de clase mundial como Petri Raisanen, Laruga Glasser, Aline Fernandez, Wayne Kressner, entre otros.<br \/>Mi pr\u00e1ctica est\u00e1 inspirada en el Ashtanga, pero tambi\u00e9n practico Yoga Restaurativo.<br \/>En mi pr\u00e1ctica tambi\u00e9n incluyo trabajo de respiraci\u00f3n.<br \/>Estoy muy agradecido\/a por la pr\u00e1ctica del yoga, ya que continuamente est\u00e1 transformando y mejorando mi vida, mi alma y mi cuerpo desde adentro hacia afuera.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/SophiaHEADSHOT.avif\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>Sophia<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u00a1Hola! Soy Sophia, una chica canadiense que se mud\u00f3 a Cabo hace algunos a\u00f1os. Al crecer en las monta\u00f1as de Whistler, el movimiento siempre ha sido una parte muy importante de mi vida.\n\nDescubr\u00ed el barre no hace mucho, en un momento en el que mi cuerpo se sent\u00eda saturado por el entrenamiento con pesas y el estr\u00e9s. Prob\u00e9 diferentes ejercicios de baja intensidad para ayudar con la inflamaci\u00f3n, pero sent\u00eda que faltaba algo\u2026 hasta que tom\u00e9 mi primera clase de barre.\n\nLa combinaci\u00f3n de movimiento con m\u00fasica, Pilates y entrenamiento de fuerza (todo manteni\u00e9ndose de bajo impacto) hizo que me volviera a enamorar del movimiento. Durante un tiempo fui alumna, siguiendo a Liza por distintos estudios en Cabo, pero siempre tuve la visi\u00f3n de convertirme en instructora certificada de barre y compartir esta sensaci\u00f3n con otras personas.\n\nA principios de este a\u00f1o, me propuse empezar a ense\u00f1ar\u2026 \u00a1y aqu\u00ed estoy! He estado ense\u00f1ando yoga desde que complet\u00e9 mi primer entrenamiento en 2011. Me baso en mi formaci\u00f3n en Forrest Yoga y mi experiencia en vinyasa yoga, danza, trabajo corporal de yoga y anatom\u00eda para aportar profundidad y amplitud de conocimiento a mi ense\u00f1anza. Creo en hacer y ense\u00f1ar lo que funciona y en respetar la autoridad interna de los estudiantes para decidir lo que funciona para ellos. Soy Emilia Moran, una mexicana de 23 a\u00f1os y residente de Cabo. La primera vez que me presentaron al yoga fue cuando ten\u00eda 9 a\u00f1os y me gust\u00f3 tanto que empec\u00e9 a tomar clases. Eventualmente, lo redescubr\u00ed en julio de 2023 cuando comenc\u00e9 mi Entrenamiento de Maestra de Yoga Vinyasa de 200 horas sin pensarlo demasiado, y termin\u00f3 convirti\u00e9ndose en mi pasi\u00f3n, hobby y ahora tambi\u00e9n trabajo.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El yoga ha cambiado completamente mi vida y he encontrado no solo una completa felicidad y paz cuando estoy en mi flujo y cuando soy constante con mi pr\u00e1ctica (tanto dentro como fuera de la esterilla), sino tambi\u00e9n cuando estoy ense\u00f1ando. Siento una felicidad genuina al poder transmitir las mismas emociones que siento a trav\u00e9s del yoga a mis estudiantes. Mis clases son principalmente de flujo de poder y me concentro en ense\u00f1ar c\u00f3mo respirar profundamente durante toda la clase, ya que he notado que puedes experimentar m\u00e1s poder, fuerza y facilidad en una postura al enfocarte en tu respiraci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n me encanta poner m\u00fasica en mis clases y sincronizar las asanas con las canciones. Hablo ingl\u00e9s y espa\u00f1ol con fluidez y tengo experiencia ense\u00f1ando en ambos idiomas.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Aunque no llevo mucho tiempo como profesora de yoga, afortunadamente he tenido muchas oportunidades para ense\u00f1ar, lo que me ha hecho sentir muy segura como instructora.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Creo que el yoga es una forma de medicina para el alma y el cuerpo, y al ser constante con \u00e9l puedes alcanzar la verdadera felicidad y libertad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ALEX.webp\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>Alex<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p align=\"justify\">Un profesor de yoga registrado con 500 horas de formaci\u00f3n, Alex aporta a cada clase un enfoque respaldado por la ciencia y la biomec\u00e1nica, basado en a\u00f1os de estudio y experiencia. Es un instructor certificado en mindfulness reconocido por la IMTA, capacitado en protocolos basados en evidencia que fomentan la claridad mental y la resiliencia emocional. Adem\u00e1s, Alex est\u00e1 certificado como instructor avanzado tanto en Pilates de suelo como en reformer, combinando el movimiento consciente con la precisi\u00f3n anat\u00f3mica. Actualmente cursa una licenciatura en psicolog\u00eda, lo que le permite integrar la comprensi\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica en sus sesiones y crear una experiencia fundamentada y transformadora. Soy instructora de Barre de 24 a\u00f1os, originaria de Austin, Texas. Con una pasi\u00f3n por el movimiento y un compromiso con los resultados, s\u00e9 que puedo aportar una mezcla \u00fanica de energ\u00eda, precisi\u00f3n y motivaci\u00f3n a cada clase de barre. Soy originaria de Colombia y una apasionada profesora de yoga con m\u00e1s de seis a\u00f1os de experiencia en la ense\u00f1anza.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Me enamor\u00e9 del yoga hace casi diez a\u00f1os mientras realizaba mis cursos de Divemaster y buceo libre. El yoga se convirti\u00f3 en una herramienta poderosa para m\u00ed, ayud\u00e1ndome a calmar la mente, cultivar el equilibrio y llevar ecuanimidad a todos los aspectos de la vida.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Complet\u00e9 mi primera certificaci\u00f3n de 200 horas como profesora en Canc\u00fan, donde tuve el privilegio de aprender el m\u00e9todo de Ashtanga Vinyasa de un maestro senior.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Esa experiencia fue tan transformadora que supe que quer\u00eda continuar este camino, no solo para m\u00ed misma, sino tambi\u00e9n para compartirlo con los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Desde entonces, he completado 150 horas adicionales de formaci\u00f3n, y m\u00e1s adelante estudi\u00e9 50 horas con Dov Vargas (hijo de Sri Dharma Mittra), profundizando en la comprensi\u00f3n de las ense\u00f1anzas tradicionales. M\u00e1s recientemente, en abril, termin\u00e9 un entrenamiento avanzado de 300 horas en Rishikesh, India, con Talia Sutra y su escuela Love and All Is Coming. Esta formaci\u00f3n fue incre\u00edblemente poderosa: no solo me ayud\u00f3 a convertirme en una mejor maestra para mis alumnos, sino que tambi\u00e9n me brind\u00f3 un profundo sentido de devoci\u00f3n por la pr\u00e1ctica y una forma de vivir m\u00e1s pac\u00edfica y consciente.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El yoga es una de las pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1s antiguas del mundo y, hasta el d\u00eda de hoy, contin\u00faa apoyando nuestro bienestar f\u00edsico, mental y espiritual.
