Cada sesi\u00f3n se adapta a tu nivel de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y t\u00fa eliges el peso que mejor se ajuste a ti. Tanto principiantes como avanzados pueden retarse de manera segura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Disfrutar\u00e1s de una combinaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica de ejercicios que trabajan brazos, espalda, abdomen y piernas para un entrenamiento equilibrado y poderoso. Los martes lo llamamos D\u00cdA DE PIERNAS y a\u00f1adimos un \u00e9nfasis especial en la parte inferior del cuerpo, fortaleciendo y tonificando gl\u00fateos, cu\u00e1driceps y femorales.
