Vinyasa

60 min YOGA

(All Levels Welcome)

This class is designed to suit all levels, but flows in a more advanced style as we find the fluidity of connecting one asana to another. Although this is not a heated class we generally build up quit a bit of heat in the body as we move thru this practice. There will always be options of modifying the asana to best fit each students body and practice. Its a beautiful flowing class.

Hatha

60 min YOGA

(All Levels Welcome)

Ha means “sun” and the Tha means “moon” Hatha is a practice to create balance between the opposites. Hatha is a slower paced yoga class. This class was designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit by holding postures. Using your breathing to move you gently thru each pose stretching and strengthening your body

Power Vinyasa

Is a fast paced rigorous class building stamina , strength and working on your cardio. You will release toxins through your sweat in this class and you will burn more calories than your average yoga class. SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS.

Restorative
Yoga

This is a gentle class using bolsters, stripes, and blocks. This a is great practice for someone looking to slow down, relieve stress, to calm excessive mind chatter or even those recovering from injuries. Fully supported by props, we allow our minds to let go of tension which releases negative thought patterns and stiffness in the body. Come nourish yourself with this gentle yoga class.

Boot Camp

This is a full body 45min workout class focused on strengthening and toning your whole body. We will use our own body weight and light to moderate hand weights to challenge you yet low impact sculpting your whole body. You get full body workout in 45mins.

Barre

It’s a fitness class that combines ballet movements, small weights, and cardio. This class has major benefits because it helps you burn fat, build muscles, improve your posture and flexibility all while having fun in the class. This class helps you create long lean muscles.

Mat Pilates

60min

(All Levels Welcome)

Is a class in where you will work full-body exercises based in pilates. Movements using the bar, and props like: pilates ball, block, ankle weights and bands. Pilates fundamentals are involved in every single session: Control, breathing, concentration, alignment, flowing and coordination. You will connect body, mind and spirit in every class.

Ashtanga

90min YOGA and 60min classes

This class is rigorous, challenging and fast-paced class. It’s the same postures and the same sequencing every time so you can memorize it and you can see how you are progressing from each class.

Meditation

45min

Guided meditations literally walks you thru a meditation to help you find a calm and peaceful state of mind one step at a time. Using your breath to calm your nervous system. Meditation is the journey into silence. What you are seeking is within. Come get quiet with us, open your mind to new possibilities and raise your vibration thru meditation. It will change your life!

Kundalini
Yoga

This form of Yoga combines movements with chanting, singing, breathing exercises, meditation and repetitive poses. Kundalini is a practice to active a spiritual coiled energy located at the base of your spine. Kundalini is to increase your own self awareness by silencing your mind and unblocking your chakras so that your vital energy can flow freely.

Gentle Yoga Flow

(All Levels Welcome)

Calm your nervous system as you ground your body and mind. Soft yoga poses help you to connect movement and breath. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to slow down and tune inwards. Class will feature both standing and seated postures.

Deep Flow Yoga

60 min YOGA

This class is a flowing vinyasa practice that combines Forrest Yoga, vinyasa, dance, and mobility moves. The focus is on deep breathing, core connection, long holds of poses, and working the body in new ways to get out of pain from habitual movement patterns. Expect many of your favorite vinyasa poses like downward dog, crow, mountain, etc. and to learn many new and exciting postures. This class is good for all levels and is especially good for people who want to open their mind and work with their body in a pain free or pain freeing way.

Vinyasa Breathwork

My name is Javier and when you come to my class I use a different approach to asanas and going (with in /inwards) by coordinating breath with movement. You will get strong by engaging with your muscles and learning how to carry yourself without injuries. We will release tightness and pain by working with flexibility and mobility in a healthy and balanced way. I like to give “free time” where we work together in that challenging asana you want to achieve. And to finish we will have a great savasana that will restore your body and mind leaving you ready for the day. See you on the mat.

Karma Classes

Karma class is by donation and is separate from memberships. The money donated will go to a family sponsored by Cabo yoga and fitness community!

Bikram


This class was inspired by bikram yoga but we do not have the class heated and its only a 60min class. Its 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in the same order for every class. This practice was designed to oxygenate to blood to a 100% of your body to each organ and fiber. Bikram Yoga does not include inversions. This practice can be very challenging but so worth it and suitable for any level.

Dharma Yoga

Dharma Yoga is a modern interpretation of classical Hatha-Raja Yoga, that includes elements of flowing Vinyasa, inversions and held poses that will help you to discover concentration, meditation, abiding contentedness and deep healing relaxation. The physical posture practice (Asana) tones and invigorates the body and mind, breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditative techniques regulate the heartbeat, de-stress the nervous system and calm the mind. Guided deep healing relaxation or Yoga Nidra relieves stress, slows down the thoughts, calms the mind and recharges one’s physical body. A complete practice that will lead to radiant health, a peaceful life and, eventually self-realization. All levels welcome 🫶🏾

Tone & Tighten

End your day with a sculpting workout led by health expert Coach Nate. This session will focus on toning your glutes, arms, and core. During the class, we’ll discuss mindset shifts, positive body talk, and stress management techniques, all aimed at helping you achieve the body you’ve always desired. Our goal is for you to leave the class feeling and looking your best!

Cardio + Power + Abs

Join us for a dynamic functional training fitness class designed to enhance your everyday movements and overall strength! This class focuses on exercises that mimic real-life activities, helping you build core stability, balance, and flexibility. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and low impact cardio. A 45-minute full body aerobic workout to target fat & carbohydrate burn!

Low Impact + Full Body + Core Focused

This is an energizing 45-minute interval training fitness class that will elevate your workout routine! You’ll experience a mix of cardio, strength, and plyometric movements designed to challenge your body and boost your metabolism. Suitable for all fitness levels, our instructor will guide you through each interval, offering modifications as needed, to sculpt a stronger body.
