Vinyasa Yoga

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice that focuses on alignment, balance, and mindful awareness of body and breath. In this slower-paced class, postures are held with intention, allowing time to connect deeply with each movement and to cultivate inner stillness.

Through steady breathing and conscious alignment, you will develop strength, flexibility, and stability while calming the nervous system and quieting the mind. Expect grounding postures, gentle stretches, and guided relaxation that leave you feeling centered and refreshed.

Barre

Barre is a ballet inspired discipline that blends the best of pilates, and fitness into one unique experience. Through fluid and controlled movements, this class focuses on strengthening and toning muscles, improving posture, and building endurance. It’s a low-impact, full-body workout designed to enhance body awareness, balance, and elegance in every movement. Perfect for anyone looking for a challenging yet accessible workout.

Sculpt

Sculpt is an innovative method that combines music-driven flows with weightlifting, creating the perfect balance of energy, strength, and movement. This class blends dynamic sequences that enhance endurance and mobility with weight training that boosts muscle growth and definition. Sculpt is ideal for those looking for a full-body, fun, and powerful workout that connects mind and body through music while building true physical strength.

Full Body Workout

with Free Weights

This energizing class is designed to strengthen and sculpt your entire body using free weights. Each session is adaptable to your fitness level and you choose the weight that feels right for you. This class is for beginners and experienced movers alike can safely challenge themselves.

Expect a dynamic mix of exercises targeting arms, back, core, and legs for a balanced and powerful workout. On Tuesdays, we call it LEG DAY and add an extra emphasis on the lower body, strengthening and toning the glutes, quads, and hamstrings. On Thursdays, we call it UPPER BODY DAY and we focus on upper body, with extra attention on arms, shoulders, chest, and back and still getting a full body workout.

This class not only builds lean muscle but also boosts endurance, metabolism, and confidence. Come ready to sweat, shake, and leave feeling stronger from head to toe!

Vibrational Movement

Vibrational Movement is a one hour, deeply nourishing class designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect you to your body and breath.

The class begins with 30 minutes of gentle, mindful yoga. It’s slow, grounding movements that release tension, improve mobility, and prepare the body for stillness. This portion is accessible to all levels and focuses on conscious breath, easeful stretching, and intuitive movement.

The final 30 minutes transition into a guided meditation and sound healing experience, where you rest comfortably as Erin plays her therapeutic crystal sound bowls. The vibrations and frequencies support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and mental clarity, allowing the body and mind to fully unwind.

This class is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional reset, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of inner calm.

Dharma Yoga

Dharma Yoga is a practice that combines asanas (postures), pranayama (conscious breathing), and meditation. Based on the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, this style strengthens the body and calms the mind.

Classes progressively develop strength, flexibility, and balance, integrating moments of pause and inner connection. It is a practice that invites the development of awareness, discipline, and both physical and mental well-being.

Dharma Yoga is ideal for those seeking an authentic experience, with physical challenge and depth, within a respectful and conscious environment.
